- Enter Details: Type your 13-digit Consignment Number in the box.
- Solve the Captcha: Enter the security code or solve the simple math problem shown on the screen.
- Click 'Track Now': You will see the complete journey of your parcel, from "Item Booked" to "Out for Delivery."

If you don't have internet access, you can use the SMS service. Standard SMS charges apply.
